The 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference, or Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC, was held from November 30 to December 12 at Expo City, Dubai.
The COP meets annually unless the Parties decide otherwise. The first COP meeting was held in March 1995 in Berlin, Germany.
